Kalgoorlie-based Croesus Mining NL has launched a $2 million reverse circulation drill-ing program on its Davyhurst project, located 120 kilometres north-west of the gold mining centre.
Croesus managing director Michael Ivey said the project hosts more than forty strike kilometres of the Zuleika Shear that is interpreted to control the position of the Kundana gold deposits located south of Davyhurst.
The 20km northern extension of the Davyhurst mine sequence and Zuleika Shear has historically produced more than 500,000 ounces of gold.
