“He has been a driving force in the success of the business from his early days as an engineer in Western Australia’s mining and refining businesses to his current role leading the global refining business and Australia region,” Mr Wilt said.
Mr Wilt also spoke highly of Mr Parker, stating that “Michael has displayed outstanding business acumen, playing a lead role in many crucial commercial negotiations including the recent gas supply contracts to secure energy for our Western Australian refineries.”
Mr Cransberg currently serves as chairman of the West Coast Eagles Football Club, and plans to pursue his passions for football and community volunteering in his retirement.
