Wishlist.com.au co-founder Huy Truong said the company was keen to keen to continue the business-to-consumer market, but could now offer a unique service to the business-to-business market as well.

IN A collaborative project with the State and Territory Government archives, the Documenting a Democracy web site has been launched at www.foundingdocs.gov.au. It is estimated that the text on the web site would fill at least two encyclopedia-size volumes.

THE WA Tourism Commission’s award-winning web site at www.westernaustralia.net has recorded one million hits since its launch in April last year. WATC ECO Shane Crockett said the site received about 2,500 hits per day.
Net causes job hopping
THE INTERNET can be blamed for plummeting employee loyalty, according to a recent survey by recruitment company Morgan & Banks.
More than three quarters of female and 83.72 per cent of male respondents said the Internet had made job hopping easier.
This has impacted the length of time people stay in their jobs, according to 71.76 per cent of female and 65.75 per cent of male respondents.
All respondents in the 19-24 age group and 84.7 per cent of those in the 25-34 age group claimed the net had made sourcing and securing new positions easier than ever before.
