Consolidated Minerals Ltd managing director Rod Baxter resigned today, three months after Ukrainian group Palmary Enterprises completed a hotly contested takeover of the diversified mining company.
Consolidated Minerals Ltd managing director Rod Baxter resigned today, three months after Ukrainian group Palmary Enterprises completed a hotly contested takeover of the diversified mining company.
He has been succeeded as managing director of the company by Michael Marriott.
Mr Baxter commenced his role as managing director on 1 July 2006 and has resigned in order to pursue other interests.
His successor, Mr Marriott, has performed the role of chief operating officer at Consolidated Minerals since Janary 2008 and has held senior leadership roles in a range of international resources companies.
