Comings and goings

THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:

Joseph Taylor has been appointed as Director of Atlas Pacific Limited.

Trevor Coates has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, and in due course as Managing Director of Foodland Associated Limited in order to succeed Barry Atly whose current service agreement expires in January 2001.

John D Kenny, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of Gippsland Resources, has agreed to become an Executive Director of Gippsland.

Christopher John Drysdale has been appointed as Director and Chairman of Talon Resources NL.

Murray Kornweibel has resigned as Managing Director of Central Kalgoorlie Gold Mines NL. In addition, the Chairman Ron Sheen has also resigned. The position of Chairman will now be the responsibility of Andrew Haythorpe. Michael Dart has been appointed to the Board as an Non-Executive Director.

Terry Jackman has resigned as Director of MAX Multimedia Limited.

John Dixon Robsinson has resigned as Non-Executive Director of Hugall & Hoile Ltd.

Li Chak Man and Chen Qi Lian have resigned as Directors of Oriental Crystal (International) Ltd. George Edward Thomas Ellis has been appointed as Director of the Company.

Peter Dowding has been appointed as Director of St Francis Mining NL.

David Fowler has been appointed as Company Secretary of Western Metals Ltd to replace Alan Rule who has left the company.

A Montague has resigned as Director of Intermin Resources.

Michael Anghie has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Australian Liquor Group. Mr Anghie replaces Sam Kronja as Company Secretary.
