Comings & Goings for WA’s listed companies have been provided by the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange. Paul Hopper has been appointed as executive chairman of Bone Medical replacing chief executive officer Michael Redman. Stephen Fewster has been appointed as chief financial officer and company secretary of iiNet Limited following the resignation of Clayton Hollingsworth. Kim Hogg has been appointed as company secretary for Quickstep Holdings following the resignation of Ross Arancini. David Hills has been appointed as chief executive officer for Cape Range Wireless. Eric Parry has been appointed as company secretary and chief financial officer of Advanced Engine Components replacing Anthony Hadwick. Robert Gregory has formally taken the position of chief executive officer and managing director of Rusina Mining N.L, following a period as non-executive director. Mark James Pallister has resigned as a director of Zylotech Limited. Bryan Martin Gardiner has resigned as independent/non-executive director of Tat Hong Holdings. Julian Tambyrajah has been appointed as company secretary following the resignation of Peter Hopps. Peter Landau will be joining the board of Range Resources LTD as a director. Arthur Ioannou has resigned as director/joint company secretary. John Palermo has been appointed to the board of directors for OBJ Limited, he will continue in his role as company secretary. Hugh Warner has resigned as a director. John Pizzey has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company for Iluka Resources Limited. Damian Delaney has been appointed as company secretary of Batavia Mining Limited following the resignation of Gregory Durack. Contact Resources Limited has appointed Robert Grover as a non-executive director. ConsMin has appointed Bruce Brook to its board of directors.
