Christopher Maitland Chapman has been appointed as Company Secretary and General Legal Counsel of Maxis Corporation Limited.
In addition Willem de Vylder has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Julie Wolseley has resigned as Company Secreatry of Central Kalgoorlie Gold Mines NL and Lefreoy Gold Mines. Bruce Burrell has been appointed as Company Secretary of both companies.
Paul Eastaway has resigned as Director of Dominion Mining Limited.
Joseph Ferrigno has been appointed as Director of Pacific Energy Ltd.
Neil Lewis has been appointed as Chairman of PocketMail Group Limited. Mr Lewis replaces the current Chairman, Alan Phillips.
Wayne Box and Rod Lyle have been appointed as Directors of VivaNET Limited. John Bennett and John McCormack have both resigned as Non-Executive Director's.
Donald George Bacon, Robert Paul Perkins and John Hartley Poynton have been appointed as Directors of Alinta Gas Limited.
Ivan Gustavino has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Burdekin Resources NL.
