Chartered accountants Robert Scott and Mark Connelly join the board as independent nonexecutive directors. Mr Scott will also chair the board.

George Tumur has been appointed joint chairman and Bataa Tumur-Ochir has been appointed chief executive officer. Jargalsaikhan Dambadarjaa and Jason Peterson have been appointed as non-executive directors. Matthew Wood has replaced Brian McMaster as executive chairman with the latter remaining on the board as a nonexecutive director.
