ALLENS Arthur Robinson senior partner Steven Cole has been appointed chairman of Welshpool-based sustainable energy company Solco Ltd. He replaced Robin Forbes, who agreed to step down as part of the restructuring of the business, but will continue temporarily as an alternate for managing director and major shareholder David Richardson.
