When asked about his appointment David shared, “I feel incredibly proud to join the Directorship at Churchill and continue my journey with the firm. Since joining over 7 years ago, it has been a privilege to be part of the team as we’ve supported a variety of leading organisations across WA in tackling their most complex challenges. I’m hugely motivated to continue to lead our Performance Improvement service offering and work with our incredibly capable team in delivering pragmatic support and solutions to our clients.”
David is a trusted advisor to many of WA’s leading organisations including BGC Contracting, Arc Infrastructure and St John of God Health Care and his expertise across Operating Model transformation; business process analysis and improvement; system evaluations; and project reviews have ensured that these organisations, plus many more, have continued to successfully operate under volatile market conditions.
“David’s expertise in performance improvement, coupled with his pragmatism and engaging style, ensures clients understand what they can achieve and buy into the solutions presented. This makes him highly respected by some of the State’s leading corporates.” said Churchill’s founding Director David Prendiville.
“I not only speak for myself, but for fellow Director’s Todd Mairs and Matt Fahey, when I say it’s not just his technical ability that sets David apart. Over the last seven years he has helped to build a team of capable, dedicated consultants aligned with the Churchill values and culture, making him the obvious choice as Churchill’s next Director.
This recent Director appointment rounds out an exciting six months for Churchill Consulting which has seen the appointments of Brian Adams and Gaurav Jain to our Digital Transformation area, Jeremy Calver, Thomas Hodgson and Frank Daly in the Performance and Operational Improvement team and Aaron Ryder in Strategy and Customer Experience.
