Central Petroleum helium farmout signed

South Perth-based oil and gas explorer Central Petroleum Ltd has signed a farmout agreement with Sydney-based helium group He Nuclear Ltd for its Mt Kitty and Magee prospects.

He Nuclear will fund a pre-drilling seismic and an exploration well in the two prospects to the tune of 50 per cent of total costs to earn a 25 per cent participating interest in the prospects.
