Cedar Woods Properties has released the first lots at its Solaris Private Estate near Forrestdale, the company’s newest land subdivision in Western Australia.

The developer said blocks at the Solaris estate would range between 282 square metres and 450sqm.

Cedar Woods WA state manager Ben Rosser said the company was well experienced in Perth’s south east corridor, having experienced strong success with three previous estates.

“Cedar Woods developments in the south east corridor have been performing strongly - from our sell out of Piara Central in 2017 to the very popular Harrisdale Green and the almost sold out Karmara Estate,” Mr Rosser said.

Mr Rosser said 50 per cent of homes on offer at Solaris faced green spaces, with the estate to feature recreational parklands, a  district oval and nature trails.

Cedar Woods is offering incentive packages for early buyers, with discounts of $15,000 available on the first 15 blocks sold.
