PERTH-based recruitment and labour hire specialist CPE Group is bedding down its recent acquisition of the Queensland operations of rival, Benchmark Recruitment.
The purchase, which opens the door to the Queensland market for the CPE Group, is expected to boost turnover by more than 65 per cent to $25 million per year.
As part of the embedment of Benchmark Recruitment Queensland, it will be merged with CPE’s existing operation Actsum and will be renamed Diamond Recruitment.
Brian Goldfinch has been appointed the executive general manager of Diamond Recruitment.
CPE Group was established in 1991, initially servicing the IT market. Since then it has expanded to include labour hire services to the IT, healthcare, and blue-collar industries.
