Burswood, Mosman Pk and southern rail suburbs boom in June

The median house price has officially jumped 34 per cent in the past year to $395,000, with Burswood enjoying the greatest annual rise for established homes at 91.4 per cent to $732,500.
It was distantly followed by Mosman Park at $1.1 million, a 67 per cent rise for the year ending in June.
Southern suburbs Orelia, Calista and Parmelia, which are clustered around the soon-to-be-commissioned Kwinana railway station, also performed strongly.
Dalkeith was up 43 per cent to $1.9 million.
