Bowen offloads $4.1m Macmahon shares

Macmahon Holdings Ltd managing director Nick Bowen has realised $4.1 million through the sale of 2.2 million shares of his indirect interest in the company.

Mr Bowen indirect interest, held through Bowen Welsh Trust, is now made of 2.3 million shares, his direct interest in the East Perth-based company remains of 8 million shares.

Mr Bowen total interest in Machmahon is valued at $19.6 million on today's share price.
