BANKWEST’S total housing loan book has reached $7 billion, representing growth of 8.9 per cent in the twelve months to February 2000.
The major growth has been from interstate.
BankWest general manager marketing and customer services Alan Jennings said the solid growth in interstate markets reflected the development of a strong broker network and the solid contribution from its affinity programs.
“These results are particularly pleasing and reinforce our commitment to national expansion,” Mr Jennings said.
