Atom loses MD and CFO

Atom Energy Ltd managing director David Hamlyn and his CFO Bevan Tarratt have both quit the Perth-based company.

Below is the Atom announcement:

The directors of Atom Energy Ltd advise that Mr David Hamlyn has tendered his resignation from his position as managing director and from the board.

In accordance with the terms of his contract of employment the resignation will be effective on 15 June 2008 unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent.

Mr Bevan Tarratt has also resigned his position as chief financial officer of the company.

The board has expressed their appreciation to the outgoing officers of the company for their services over the past year.
