Warburton to lead sheep council
Agricultural and Food Minister Terry Redman plans to establish a WA Sheep Industry Leadership Council, nominating Kojonup farmer Rob Warburton as chair. Mr Warburton is also a member of the Sheep Cooperative Research Centre Board, a Nuffield scholar and instigator of WA’s newest grower group Southern DIRT.
Felstead, Duncan head FutureNow
Burswood Entertainment Complex CEO Barry Felstead and ABC state director Geoff Duncan have been elected as joint chairmen of FutureNow, WA’s training council for the creative and leisure industries. Ken Norquay, general manager racing at Racing and Wagering WA, has been elected deputy chairman.
Brown to Talbot Olivier

Kevin Hewitt has stepped down as chairman of strategic marketing consultancy Capitalis. A new management team led by Gareth Tranter, Stuart Gunstone and Nick Deverson has now acquired the business.

Professional services, property and project management consultancy APP has appointed Derek Whyte as project director, infrastructure. He was previously project manager and construction manager at French design, planning and project management company ADPI.

Kim Boyd has been appointed as sales manager at the Parmelia Hilton Perth hotel. She was previously business development manager at the Ascot Quays and Waterside Apartments.
