Law firm Allen & Overy has appointed Luke Nicholls, who has transferred from the company’s London office, as a senior associate. He was previously at Clayton Utz in Melbourne. The firm has also appointed Tiffany Littlejohn, who previously worked for BP, as HR manager in the Perth office.

Global environmental consultancy WSP Environment & Energy has appointed Neil Foster as business unit leader WA. He was previously the company’s regional manager in eastern Europe.

Bruce Henderson has launched Wesbridge Executive, a specialist commercial and financial executive recruitment firm, and has been appointed managing director. He has more than 20 years of commercial business experience, recruiting across all major industry sectors.

Eden Coad has joined Lawfield Legal Practice as a solicitor. He has previously worked for Jackson McDonald Lawyers and Great Southern Limited.
Kruger, White join AIIA
The Australian Information Industry Association has appointed Michael Kruger (top), founder of software developer KKL, as WA chair and James White, from IT company CSC, as his deputy. The AIIA represents the Australian ICT industry and has more than 75 member companies in WA.
Gillam joins Tricon
Tricon Drilling Solutions has appointed Scott Gillam to the newly created role of chief executive officer. Previously, he was the group general manager of procurement and logistics company Supply Direct and general manager of BIS Industrial Logistics.
Maggini to Parker & Co
Parker & Co has recruited Alessandro Maggini as general manager of its group of luxury menswear boutiques. He previously worked for Ermenegildo Zegna based in Melbourne and Singapore.

Bernie Cummins has joined McDonald Pynt Lawyers as a senior litigation solicitor. He was previously a principal at a regional law firm in Victoria.

PR agency Professional Public Relations has appointed Luke Derbyshire (top) as account manager and Chris Rickard as a senior consultant. Mr Derbyshire was previously associate director at London agency Spreckley Partners, while Mr Rickard previously also worked in London for Four Communications.
New Switch role for Secker
Switch Homes for Living, a residential building company formed by WA construction and property group Pindan, has appointed Paul Secker to the newly created role of sales manager. He was previously a new homes consultant for the company, which says it aims for environmental sustainability in both practices and partnerships, in line with its parent’s commitment to the environment
Bannister takes new post
Jennifer Bannister has been promoted to account manager of recruitment at HR and recruitment consultancy Humanconnection. She was previously the company’s recruitment coordinator.

Curtin recruits Kirk
Brett Kirk has been appointed associate deputy vice-chancellor of research at Curtin University. Professor Kirk was previously head of UWA’s School of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering and associate chair of its academic board. He is a board member of Dreamfit, which provides engineering solutions for the disabled.
