The company said construction works will start witin a fortnight with most of the replacing line pipe in Karratha.
Valving and related fittings will arrive in early July.
There are currently 140 people on Varanus Island working to re-establish partial production within the next couple of months.
Apache has previously said it will take two months for partial production to resume at the facility.
The explosion at the facility over a fortnight ago has cut the state's gas supplies by a third, with the state's economy in a delicate position as businesses assess the impact of the situation.
