Quite right in his article, but needs to further analyze our mendicant status period where the burden of very high tariffs and the centralized wage fixing era must have had a very significant effect on the states development and income generation of the farming industries etc. Even in my time we were denied access to the best equipment and fertilizers to operate with with the consequent effect on our earning capacity.The compensation was only to make up for those imposts on West Australia at best.
