CUSTOMER service has always been paramount for Adam Flanagan, and this drive led him, and brother Grant, to establish Auscool Services.
The commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning services company has grown rapidly since its inception five years ago, spurred along by winning contracts with major supermarket chains and becoming a preferred supplier.
However those large contracts taught Mr Flanagan a great business lesson — the need to diversify. This has deleveraged Auscool’s reliance on the bigger contracts and brought more sustainable growth, as well as affording the business with the energy and time to focus on customer service.
Auscool has also completed its first supermarket installation using CO2 as a refrigerant. The job means Auscool can now use the technology in other areas of its business and offer its customers an environmentally friendly alternative for their refrigeration needs.
With 12 years’ experience as a specialist refrigeration and air-conditioning tradesperson, Mr Flanagan has ensured Auscool has built itself a strong reputation for providing high-quality work backed with prompt and exceptional customer service.
