Fleetwood Corporation Ltd

Through its subsidiary Camec Pty Ltd has acquired the business of Car-Van. Car-Van is headquartered in Sydney, and is the largest component parts supplier to the recreational vehicle industry in New South Wales and has distribution arrangements in all Australian States. Car-Van is the major competitor of Camec in New South Wales. The acquisition involves an investment of approximately $7 million, which will be met from the cash reserves of Fleetwood.

Gondwana Resources Limited

Has entered into an agreement to acquire a 25% interest, the right to 51% and will be the Operator of the Parker Range Gold Project, including the Golden Virgin Open Cut Gold Mine.  The Company has agreed to pay $1,075,000 for a 25% interest in the project and an exclusive option exercisable within 6 months to acquire an additional 26% for a consideration of $1,075,000.

KLM Group Ltd

Has announced the acquisition of the Victorian operations of Fredon Industries Pty Ltd.
