AHG confirms acquisition rumour

Automotive Holdings Group has responded to rumours that it is looking to acquire an automotive group in New South Wales by saying negotiations are underway.

The company said it was in preliminary negotiations with a number of automotive groups in Australia.

It said no agremment had been reached in relation to the negotiations and no assurance could be given that any transaction would be entered into.
