ADG Global supply has announced a formal joint venture agreement with Denmark-based logistics group Airland to provide project logistics, procurement and supply chain solutions in Africa.
The two firms have previously worked together on similar projects, and said they were targeting major projects on the African continent.
Airland managing director Tony Benson said the combined capabilities of the two firms created a unique services offer.
"This JV formalizes our relationship with ADG and has stemmed from our successes with partnering ADG on other major projects," Mr Benson said.
ADG said it had commissioned a review of African projects that showed more than 1,432 projects currently under way in Africa with an exploration budget of $1.38 billion.
"Africa is a resource-rich content with an extremely complex market covering 53 countries and a political and legal environment that is advancing along with GDP," ADG managing director John Mancini said.
"The simple fact is we know the region well and our experience working in these complex dynamics provides our clients a unique value proposition of industrial product supply, global procurement, supply chain management and project logistics tailored to meet the demands of this challenging environment."
Mr Mancini said ADG would keep the market updated on negotiations with various parties to deliver integrated services and supply.
