New Tax System Advisory Board chairman Chris Jordan said the funds would reach more than 80 per cent of small and medium-sized businesses and community and education groups.
Of the $95 million, $62 million goes to small and medium business organisations, $20 million to community bodies and $12.5 million has been allocated to the education sector.
The Law Society of WA, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the WA Council of Social Services and the Youth Affairs Council of WA are among local recipients of the funding.
