Nikki Griffiths has experienced the hardship of business early in her career and, at 26, has over-come adversity to create a successful graphic design operation. Ms Griffiths originally wanted to be a professional dancer but, after finishing at the WA Academy of Performing Arts, a series of injuries forced her to consider a different career. Made redundant after three years in the business sector Ms Griffiths decided that, at age 23, she could run her own business. Based in Busselton, Glass House Graphic Design Studio has become a dominant player in the local design market and competes internationally.
