At 33, Mark Da Silva has formed two marketing companies operating in two very different industries. After setting up a successful hospitality marketing business, Hotel Marketing Solutions, Mr Da Silva decided to form a company that specialised in marketing for the real estate industry, Clientforce. At 21 he was the youngest program manager with an overseas posting with Sydney-based Hotel Dynamics.
He then became the company’s youngest operations manager at 23 and youngest regional director at 25.
