Zac Barrett

Zac Barrett, and his father Neil, are owners of 6 cafes in the Perth CBD - Mo Espresso, Mo Allendale, Max & Sons, Arlo by Mo, Balance Espresso and Hemingway Cafe. Their latest venture, Hemingway Cafe, located in Central Park lobby was opened in August 2020 and is a 50-person cafe with high-end coffee-making equipment, coffee bean and tea leaf varieties. They also have a licensed venue, Jessie’s, in North Fremantle.
