Yvonne Yeo

Yvonne Yeo, a CPA since 1995, has over 23 years of experience in providing executive financial leadership, company secretary services, as well as oversight of other shared services functions in the manufacturing, banking, semi-government industry and the financial industry sectors. She has managed finance teams in Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Prior to joining The CFO Centre in April 2017, Ms Yeo was chief financial officer of EBM Insurance Brokers, Australia’s largest privately-owned insurance broker. She was in the role for more than 12 years and her responsibilities included the role of company secretary, managing the operations division which included accounting and finance, human resources, information technology and telecommunications, data processing centre and administration.
