Yuki Nakamura

After several years in Canada exploring her passion for chocolate, Yuki Nakamura completed her formal training at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School, after which she took a position in the kitchen of Choux Café. In 2006, Nakamura Chocolates and HonTakasagoya (a 140 year old Japanese delicacy company) opened Nakamura Chocolate in Japan.
