Yu Guo Peng

Yu Guo started his working career in 1979 with the finance department of the Fengjie County Local Enterprises Promotion Office, and was promoted to the position of Director in 1990. In 1994, he was promoted and transferred to the Fengjie County People's Congress Committee Office while concurrently seconded to a state owned enterprise as its General Manager. Yu Guo left the Chinese civil service in 2000 to establish several businesses which became the predecessor businesses which were subsequently restructured to form the Group. Under his leadership, GP Group established Chongqing Guoping Shang Mao Trading Co., Ltd. to engage in domestic coal trading, and subsequently acquired the Caotang Mine and the Heiwan Mine. These businesses have since been acquired by the Company.
