Yip (Danny) Kwok Cheung

Mr. Yip is an Australian citizen and has extensive experience as the Internet strategist. He was the founder of Tradeeasy Holdings Limited (now known as Merdeka Resources Holdings Limited (“Merdeka”)) in 1996. He had been the executive director and chief executive officer of Merdeka (a company listed on the growth enterprise market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) until June 2007.
