Yin Fang was admitted to practice in 1992 and has been a partner of Tottle Partners since 2010. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, and she advises corporate and individual clients on a wide range of general commercial disputes.
Since 2005, Ms Fang has acted for the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board of Western Australia in providing general advice and in conducting disciplinary proceedings in the State Administrative Tribunal against registered veterinary surgeons. She also regularly advises interstate and overseas law firms on the practice and procedures relating to the conduct of Court proceedings in Western Australia.
In each of the 2015 to 2020 Doyle’s Guides, Ms Fang has been identified by clients and peers as a leading and recommended litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in Western Australia and Australia.
