She has significant experience working in legal, financial, and executive management in the energy, infrastructure, resources and community sectors in the United Kingdom and Australia.
With over 20 years of experience working with ASX-listed companies, Ms Broughton has expertise in governance, risk management, compliance and regulation. As a corporate lawyer, she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance at law firms Clayton Utz and Ashurst. Ms Broughton was also general counsel and company secretary for a number of ASX-listed companies including Wellard, Atlas Iron, emerchants and Atlantic.
