Bill Marshall has over 25 years of experience in the human services sector. After an extensive career in the public and private acute healthcare, community and mental health sectors, he returned to Western Australia in February 2001 to become chief executive of SwanCare Group, one of the largest single site providers of aged care and senior’s accommodation in Australia. In September 2007, Mr Marshall left SwanCare to head up the development of the Seniors and Villages Communities division of the Aspen Group, to develop and operate several retirement/lifestyle living communities in New South Wales and Western Australia. He joined Westridge Australia in 2009 (part of the BGC group, one of the largest privately owned building companies in Australia) to coordinate and manage development opportunities (in-house and with business partners) throughout Western Australia in the areas of retirement and aged care, health and social and affordable housing. Mr Marshall has a Bachelor of Health Administration and a Masters of Health Service Management.
