Will Vogt is a partner of Vogt Graham Lawyers and specialises in property transactions and commercial disputes including litigation related to building and construction. He also advises on mortgage and loan contracts. Mr Vogt holds a Real Estate Sales Persons Registration Course Certificate and has acted for developers, construction companies, property investors, real estate agents and home buyers. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in 1999 and has litigated cases in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, in the Building Disputes Tribunal, and has conducted arbitrations under the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 (WA). In 2003, Mr Vogt was engaged as an in-house counsel of a construction company in Dubai, where he lived and worked for a year. He provides pro bono legal services at the Citizens Advice Bureau and Subiaco Community Legal Service Programme.
