Wendy Hoad

Wendy Hoad is the general counsel and company secretary of ASC and is responsible for managing its legal team which discharges legal advice across all business areas, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance and the management of disputes. She is also responsible for the management of the risk, insurance, export controls and communications departments. In her capacity as company secretary, she is responsible for corporate governance. Prior to joining ASC, Ms Hoad was a partner at Finlaysons.
