Wayne Cooper

Wayne Cooper commenced his career in insurance in 1966, through a major insurance company in Melbourne, and later became an insurance inspector. In 1972, he moved to Western Australia and held administration roles with the Ajax Insurance Company and Western Underwriters. In 1987, in partnership with Peter Banks, they formed their own brokerage Banks & Cooper which later became Country Wide Insurance Brokers. Mr Cooper became an ANZIIF (Senior Associate) and Certified Insurance Professional in 1972, and later received the designation of Diploma of Financial Services (Broking).
