Warren Kerr AM is a director and national portfolio leader for health at Hames Sharley. With his formal qualifications in architecture, health administration and planning, Mr Kerr possesses a unique range of skills ideally suited to the development of major hospital projects. He has over 30 years of experience in a range of private and public sector healthcare projects in Australia and New Zealand. This, together with his role as adjunct professor at the University of Western Australia and his active involvement in health facility research, has provided him with an excellent understanding in all facets of hospital development. Mr Kerr is a former president of the Australian Institute of Architects and former chair of the Australian Council of Built Environment Design Professions. In 2009, he was appointed a member of the Order of Australia for his services to architecture and his contribution to health facility planning and design.
