Dr Walter (Wally) Cox PSM has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the public and university sectors - with 18 years as the CEO of government agencies and senior university positions. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2002 and Commonwealth Centenary Medal in 2003. Dr Cox's leadership and vision in 2003 enabled the inception of Leadership WA and he was Chairman of Leadership WA from July 2003 to October 2006.
