Wade McCagh
Wade McCagh is a digital & social media specialist with local and international experience. He has previously worked in the resource sector as an international sales and marketing coordinator for Integration Objects, a North African-based industrial software developer. After returning to Australia, Mr McCagh joined Pelican Magazine, a local arts and current affairs publication, where he eventually became editor-in-chief. He also wrote for several publications during this period, most notably for VICE Sports covering the 2016 Olympic Games. Mr McCagh was also a media strategist for digital & social media agency Yuu Social, overseeing the creation and execution of digital strategies for clients across a broad range of industries. Mr McCagh is the vice president of the WA Branch of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, and a WA Committee Member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs. He had served as the national communications director for Young Australians in International Affairs. Mr McCagh holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Political Science & International Relations from the University of WA, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Social Media Strategy from Syracuse University, and a Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the University of California Irvine.
