Vivi Renner is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular expertise in the mining & resources and energy sectors. She has over 20 years of private practice and industry experience, and areas of practice include private mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial and advising boards on policies, compliance and governance. In the mining & resources sector, Ms Renner is experienced in drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and exploration and farm-in agreements. In the energy sector she has worked for fuel distributors in private practice and in-house, including for BP on a variety of operational and strategic matters.
