Vince Bradley

Vince Bradley provides advice in all areas of family law including divorce, de facto and international jurisdiction disputes, spousal maintenance applications and child support issues. He is also experienced in property matters covering complex settlements involving businesses, trusts, self-managed super funds and third parties. Mr Bradley has significant litigation experience in both property and child-related matters as well as experience in Full Court and Supreme Court appeal matters. He is also experienced and skilled in negotiation and mediation. Mr Bradley was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2010, and in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia in 2011. Since his admission, he has worked exclusively in family law.
