Veronica Burns represents clients primarily in all levels of Courts in Western Australia, and is admitted to practice in all jurisdictions in Western Australia and the Federal Courts of Australia. She practises in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and represents clients in a broad range of commercial dispute including matters concerning issues of insolvency and bankruptcy, trade practices and competition and consumer law claims, statutory interpretation, real property disputes, estate disputes and general debt recovery.
