Vanessa (Fernandes) Sullivan is an experienced non-executive director and executive with commercial, financial, project development and strategy experience gained over 20 years across the energy, water and sustainability sectors, and in hydrogen industry development. She also has experience in the areas of climate change, risk, ESG and energy markets.
Ms Sullivan was a climate change leader and utilities leader at EY, and undertook energy market reforms across the supply chain whilst at Queensland Treasury Corporation. Previous roles included senior positions in energy and water market reforms and low emission project developments. She was also a non-executive director of Energex and the Smart Energy Council.
Ms Sullivan is a non-executive director of Essential Energy, Eco Markets Australia, Niche Environment and Heritage, and Sunwater. She is also an independent member of Queensland's Hydrogen Taskforce, and a member of Centacare's advisory board.
