He is the founding director of LCP Group which specialises in accounting, taxation and IPO management, and provides CFO and company secretarial services to a range of ASX-listed and large private entities.
Mr Cavanagh has been the chief financial officer and company secretary of various private resource exploration and technology companies, assisting with strategy, governance and dealings with other ASX-listed entities.
