Tracy Bennett

Tracy Bennett practices predominantly in insurance litigation, acting for both government and commercial insurers. She also practices extensively in the areas of general liability and professional indemnity as well as property damage (including engineering and construction claims), industrial diseases and workers’ compensation. Ms Bennett advises and represents insurers and their clients in a range of contexts and appears regularly in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts.
