Tony Basile

Tony Basile was admitted to practice in 1983 and advises on a wide range of workers’ compensation, product, public and property liability claims for major insurers in Western Australia and nationally, as well as the Insurance Commission of WA. As a workers’ compensation practitioner, Mr Basile has appeared in all Western Australian workers’ compensation and personal injuries jurisdictions in trials, numerous appeals at both conciliation and arbitration applications. He also has extensive knowledge and experience negotiating resolution of matters and develops very effective strategies to economically and expeditiously manage and resolve claims.
