Toby Monteath commenced her career in office administration over 32 years ago.
Her experience includes being the executive assistant to the office managing partner of Arthur Andersen for 7 years and later became an administration manager of the company's corporate taxation division. Ms Monteath joined Cooper Partners since its inception in July 2005 and as practice manager, she has exceptional organisation, time management and administrative skills. She also provides services to startup companies in areas of human resources including establishing and documenting their office policies and manuals, organising office procedures, providing assistance in establishing payroll procedures.
